<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker crane capable of transferring an article between an article transfer target place and an article transfer device on both sides in an article transfer direction. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting and conveying part 27 is divided into a first mounting and conveying part 39 and a second mounting and conveying part 40. An advancing/retracting driving means 29 is configured to drive advancing/retracting of the mounting and conveying part 27 relative to each of a first protruded position and a second protruded position. The first mounting and conveying part 39 is configured to have a first overlapping part overlapping with a base 28 in an article transfer direction X, with respect to its length in the article transfer direction X, in a condition having the mounting and conveying part 27 protruded to the first protruded position. The second mounting and conveying part 40 is configured to have a second overlapping part overlapping with the base 28 in the article transfer direction X, with respect to its length in the article transfer direction X, in a condition having the mounting and conveying part 27 protruded to the second protruded position, and is configured to be longer than the first mounting and conveying part 39. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
