PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device that draws a viewing line of a viewer guided by blink lighting for attention calling, further to character information display and more reliably lead the viewer to read the information. SOLUTION: The information display device displays information such as characters and numbers by selectively emitting light in LEDs arranged in a dot matrix, wherein blink lighting for attention calling is carried out at a position adjacent to the first character of the character information. By blink lighting for attention calling at the above described position, a viewing line thus guided is naturally directed to the first character of the information to allow the viewer to smoothly read the information, which increases communicability of the information. Further, by blink lighting at a position leaving a space between the blink lighting for attention calling and the first character of the character information, by providing the space as≤0.8 times as the size L of one character, the character display and the blink lighting for attention calling can be integrally observed and the viewing line guided by the blink lighting is naturally directed to the information display.
