<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system including a plurality of transmitter terminal devices and one receiver terminal device, for preventing collision of communication without requiring radio wave detection using carrier sensing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wireless communication system includes: a mobile transmitter 3 for wirelessly transmitting signals in a predetermined cycle; a fixed transmitter 4 for wirelessly transmitting signals on the basis of a predetermined wireless transmission instruction; and a receiver 5 for receiving signals wirelessly transmitted from the mobile transmitter 3, and receiving the wireless transmission instruction to the fixed transmitter 4 and signals wirelessly transmitted from the fixed transmitter 4 that receives the wireless transmission instruction. The receiver 5 determines timing to instruct wireless transmission to the fixed transmitter 4 in accordance with the timing when wireless transmission is performed by the mobile transmitter 3.
