PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat pad with which a vehicle seat pad is manufactured by integral foam molding, which is excellent in a stroke feeling and is also excellent in occupant support. SOLUTION: Many recessed holes 8 are provided on the back surface under a thigh corresponding portion 2 of the vehicle seat pad 1. It is preferable that the depth h of the recessed holes 8 is 5-20 mm, especially 10-15 mm, the diameter D of the recessed holes 8 is 8-30 mm, especially 20-30 mm, and the opening area of one recessed hole 8 is 100-900 mm<SP>2</SP>, especially 400-700 mm<SP>2</SP>.
