<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembling structure of a display unit and to improve completeness after assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The display device 1 has the display unit 10, a first case 20 to which the display unit 10 is attached, and a second case 30 which is attached to the first case 20 and has an exposing part 32 exposing the display unit 10. The display unit 10 has a first projecting part 15 projecting toward the first case 20, and a second projecting part 16 projecting toward the second case 30. The first case 20 has a hole 23 in which the first projecting part 15 is inserted according as the display unit 10 is attached and which is formed in such shape that the display unit 10 can relatively move to the first case 20 in such a state that the first projecting part 15 is inserted, and the second case 30 has a cylindrical part 33 formed at a position where the display unit 10 is located at the exposing part 32 when the second projecting part 16 of the display unit 10 is fit therein.
