<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bumping preventing method in a test tube for heating and concentrating the liquid in a small caliber test tube and to execute the noninvasive measurement of glucose in sweat using this method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When heating and concentrating a sample aqueous solution within the small caliber test tube of 4-10 mm, a hollow fine pipe having an inner diameter of 0.1-0.6 mm is inserted in the test tube to remove steam in air bubbles formed accompanying the heating of the bottom part of the test tube from the hollow fine pipe, thereby heating and concentrating the aqueous solution without causing bumping.
