A pre-dipping carbon fiber cloth structure includes a first carbon fiber layer (10) arranged in a regular manner, a second carbon fiber layer (20) combined with the first carbon fiber layer and arranged in an irregular manner and an epoxy resin (11) bonded between the first carbon fiber layer and the second carbon fiber layer. The first carbon fiber layer consists of a plurality of elongate carbon fiber plates (100) which are arranged in a regular manner, and the second carbon fiber layer consists of a plurality of carbon fiber strips (200) which are arranged in an irregular manner. Thus, the first carbon fiber layer and the second carbon fiber layer have the same physical features so that the pre-dipping carbon fiber cloth structure has a better conductance.
