A HOLLOW FIBER POROUS MEMBRANE AND THE PREPARATION THEREOF

A hollow fiber porous membrane and the preparation thereof. The prescription of multiphase membrane forming system is (wt.%): 40-60% polymer substrate phase, 20-30% organic composite liquid and 20-40% water soluble substance. The polymer substrate phase is the polymer which can be solved by organic solvent and made by melt process. The organic composite liquid is the mixture of 60-90% good solvent (to the sum of the liquid) and 40-10% non-solvent. The water soluble substance is water soluble polymer or low molecular water soluble particle, or the mixture of them at random proportion. The preparation method comprises: 1. preparing the organic composite liquid, 2.mixing the multiphase membrane forming system uniformly, 3.melting and spinning, 4. drawing and extracting by water, then obtaining the hollow fiber porous membrane.
