ADVERTISING DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising device which displays an advertising image according to a position where a user produces a sound, and has gaming property and to provide a control method thereof.

SOLUTION: The advertising device includes: a display means 60 for displaying the advertising image in accordance with content of advertisement in a display area 61; a sound detection means 10 for detecting the sound produced by the user; a position specifying means 50 for specifying the position where the user produces the sound on the basis of the sound detected by the sound detection means; a correlation means 50 for correlating the position specified by the position specifying means with an advertising image display position in the display area nearly facing the specified position; and a display control means 50 for performing control to change the advertising image to be displayed at the advertising image display position correlated to the specified position by the correlation means.
