<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member support system for membership spread type businesses, which supports members of many membership spread type businesses. <P>SOLUTION: A registration request from a person who is a member of at least one membership spread type business is received (11), and when the registration request is received, whether the membership spread type business to which the member requesting the registration belongs is included in businesses matched with a predetermined standard or not is discriminated (12). When discriminating that all membership spread type businesses to which the member requesting the registration belongs are included in businesses matched with the predetermined standard, the person requesting the registration is registered in a registrant database as a registrant (13).
