<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance worker dispatch system capable of preventing a monitoring worker from joining the communication between an information center and a maintenance worker. <P>SOLUTION: The information center 22 includes: a storage part 28 for storing the maintenance worker information related to the maintenance workers; a maintenance worker selection part 26 for selecting the optimum maintenance worker that copes with abnormal conditions of facility and equipment 14 causing the abnormal conditions from among a plurality of maintenance workers, based on the maintenance worker information stored in the storage part 28; and a dispatch order transmitting part 30 for transmitting a dispatch order to a terminal unit 32 carried by the maintenance worker selected by the maintenance worker selection part 26. If the information center 22 receives no reply from the terminal unit 32 even after wait time elapses after the first dispatch order is transmitted, the dispatch order transmitting part 30 transmits the dispatch order again to the terminal unit 32. Consequently, it is unnecessary for the monitoring worker to join the communication in a case of no reply, thereby the occurrence of human error can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
