<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a customer is not aware that a medium is ejected and forgets taking out the medium when the customer pays his or her attention to other things during transactions. <P>SOLUTION: A line-of-vision determining means 11d, which holds a customer's line of vision, is provided in an ATM 1 (automatic teller machine 1). When the direction of the line of vision does not accord with the direction in which a medium left not to take out exists, monitoring time required till the medium is taken in is extended or voice guidance is conducted with a voice guiding means 11g, or prior notice for ejecting the medium is given by a medium ejection prior notice means 11h before the medium is ejected, and a prior notice medium ejecting means 11j confirms that the preliminarily noticed direction in which the medium is taken out accords with the customer's line of vision and then ejects the medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
