<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating lamp used for applications where its merit is utilized and its demerit is covered and, concretely, most suitable for a manufacturing system wherein a photoresist is used. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination light source for a manufacturing system wherein a photoresist having a substantial light emitting intensity in wavelength from 450 nm to 500 nm and having no substantial light emitting intensity in a region of the wavelength less than 400 nm is used is provided. The light source can be mounted on a conventional fluorescent lighting fixture but is provided with a yellow system color on a connecting metal piece to differentiate it from a conventional fluorescent lamp having a silver colored metal piece. A working environment is produced where it is comfortable and wrong operations can be avoided by keeping an image of "a yellow room" by a white color illumination light source without emitting ultraviolet region light such as ultraviolet shielded window glass, ceiling yellow lines, or yellow ducts. A surveillance monitor image in a photoresist-using room under a white color illumination is made a false image treatment into yellow to make a person instantly feel an image of "a yellow room". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
