<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent publication editing device, a patent publication editing method and a program, for supporting reading comprehension of a patent publication, by changing size of a figure inside the patent publication, according to the importance level of the figure. <P>SOLUTION: A patent publication input part 11 inputs a patent publication text and a plurality of figure image files. A paragraph division processing part 12 divides the patent publication text into paragraphs. A figure number extraction part 13 extracts a figure number, to which the paragraph refers. A figure number importance level determining part 14 determines the importance level of the figure number obtained in the figure number extraction part 13 in each paragraph referring to the figure number. A patent publication reconfiguring part 16 changes the size of the figure, according to the importance level of the figure number and inserts and arranges a figure file representing the figure number, in either the front and back or the left and right of the paragraph, referring to the figure number to prepare a figure-inserted patent publication, and a patent publication display part 18 displays the figure-inserted patent publication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
