PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of obtaining the stable analyzed result of HbA1c. SOLUTION: In the autoanalyzer 1 constituted so that a predetermined amount of the blood sample, which is housed in a specimen container 9a and separated into a plasma layer and a blood corpuscle layer, is dispensed by a specimen dispenser 20 and reacted with a reagent to be analyzed, a pressure change is detected at a plurality of the places different in height in the blood sample, which is housed in the specimen container 9a, using the dispensing probe 20b of the specimen dispenser 20 equipped with a pressure detecting means, by a detection part 18b, the boundary surface of the plasma layer and the blood corpuscle layer is detected on the basis of the pressure change by an arithmetic part 18c to calculate the height of the blood corpuscle layer, a blood corpuscle sample is sucked and collected on the basis of the height of the blood corpuscle layer by the specimen dispenser 20 and the analysis of the item affected by the specific gravity of the blood corpuscle sample is performed with respect to the collected blood corpuscle sample by an analyzing optical system 11.
