PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a sensor measurement system by causing a controller to modulate a start-up power signal so that a sensor which is caused to perform measurement can be identified, thereby operating a plurality of sensors by one modulator. SOLUTION: A transmission part 11 of a controller 11 transmits the start-up power signal while modulating it so as to include an identification ID corresponding to a fuel sensor 20 caused to perform measurement. The fuel sensor 20 includes a receiving part 25 which determines, based on the start-up power signal, whether the start-up power signal includes its own identification ID, and a sensing part 29 which performs measurement.
