PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded connector with a small transmission loss due to reflection of high frequency signals by obtaining a characteristic impedance matching with a shielded cable by lowering the characteristic impedance that becomes high in the position of a connecting section of an inner conductor terminal of the shielded connector and a signal conductor of the shielded cable. SOLUTION: The shielded conductor is provided with the inner conductor terminal which is connected to the signal conductor of the shielded cable and an outer conductor terminal for containing the inner conductor terminal while interposing a dielectric and connecting to the shielded conductor of the shielded cable. The inner conductor terminal has a signal conductor connecting portion connected to the signal conductor. The outer periphery of the signal conductor connecting section after connection has a conductive enclosure member so attached as to enclose both side surfaces on the right and left and the top surface but exclude the bottom surface of the signal conductor connecting section in order to make the outer diameter of the signal conductor connecting section to be a greater diameter electrically. At the same time, in a middle portion of the enclosure member, an expanding section is formed which expands inward to be abutted to the top surface of the signal conductor connecting section.
