<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which is further reduced in thickness. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal controlled oscillator 1 has: a crystal vibrator 10 having a crystal vibrating piece 11 and a package 15 having a first recess 12 for accommodating the crystal vibrating piece 11; a rid 13 for closing the first recess 12; and a second recess 14 formed at the rear surface of the first recess 12 with external terminals 16 (16a, 16b) at the external surface thereof; a circuit board 20 arranged in the side of the first recess 12 of the crystal vibrator 10 and provided with a formed connecting terminal 23; an IC chip 30 mounted to the second recess 14 of the crystal vibrator 10 and connected to the external terminal 16b; and a metal wire 40 for connecting the external terminal 16a and the connecting terminal 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
