<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill unit and a heating cooker comprising the grill unit, capable of suppressing a descending speed of a grill door in a pull down mechanism and reducing generation of unpleasant collision noise. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This grill unit includes an elastic body 90 extended in accompany with descending motion of the grill door 20, and controlling the descending speed of the grill door 20 by elastic force in accompany with the deformation.
