<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device inspectable and adjustable in a short time, capable of reducing a working domain for inspecting and adjusting the radar device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When measuring a relative distance, relative speed and a relative position such as an azimuth angle of an object, a transmission signal is generated and transmitted with a frequency increasing/decreasing periodically in a period determined beforehand with a frequency difference determined beforehand, and the relative position is measured based on the transmitted transmission signal and a reflected signal acquired by reflection of the transmission signal by the object. On the other hand, when receiving an instruction for inspection or adjustment from the outside, the transmission signal is generated and transmitted after enlarging the ratio of the frequency difference to the period, and the azimuth angle of the object is measured based on the transmitted transmission signal and the reflected signal to the transmission signal.
