On the other hand, when receiving an instruction for inspection or adjustment from the outside, the transmission signal is generated and transmitted after enlarging the ratio of the frequency difference to the period, and the azimuth angle of the object is measured based on the transmitted transmission signal and the reflected signal to the transmission signal.
