<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the position of a new AP added to a network. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This wireless network system includes: a group configuring part 27 configuring at least one group comprising three APs adjacent to one another within a plurality of APs; a first object group selection part 17 selecting one out of one or more groups as a processing object; and a first position determination part 23 determining the position of the new AP based on information of the respective positions of the three APs belonging to the selected group, and three distances between the three APs and the new AP. An EEPROM 123 stores positional information showing the determined position as positional information of the new AP, and the group configuring part 27 includes a base station selection part 29 selecting two APs from the three APs belonging to the selected group, and an update part 31 configuring a new group including the two selected APs and the new AP.
