PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wheel-bearing device in which the sealing performance of a seal is improved and whose bearing performance can be maintained for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A metal ring 12 is fitted against a base part 6b of a wheel mounting flange 6, and the seal 8 having side lips 14a, 14b is brought into sliding contact. The metal ring 12 is equipped with a cylindrical fitting part 12a fitted externally to a shoulder part 4e of a hub wheel 4, a circular curved part 12b, a disc part 12c closely contacted with a side surface 6c of the wheel mounting flange 6, and an umbrella part 12d extending away from the side surface 6c in the axial direction. The umbrella part 12d is disposed facing along the peripheral edge of an external member 2' via a slight annular gap, and an annular drain groove 17 is formed, near an end of the meatal ring 12, on the periphery of the external member 2'. The drain groove 17 is formed with an arced part 17a at the groove bottom, and a flank 17b having an inclined angle θ in the tangential direction, and an extension thereof is disposed so as to cross the end of the metal ring 12.
