PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration test method and an apparatus for reflecting different stresses of to-be-evaluated samples on evaluation results, and correctly determining a difference between lifetimes of the different samples. SOLUTION: The vibration tester 1 includes: a vibration applying table 2 for placing the to-be-evaluated sample S; a vibration generator 3 for vibrating the vibration applying table 2; a vibration controller 5 for controlling a vibration of the vibration applying table 2; a vibration sensor 6 attached to the to-be-evaluated sample S; and further a vibration frequency analyzer 7 for implementing a frequency analysis of a vibration waveform amplitude of the to-be-evaluated sample S in real time based on an output from the vibration sensor 6 attached to the to-be-evaluated sample S.
