PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board having a displaying function while the environment and health of a user are taken into consideration, the board enabling to exert not only a displaying function but a writing function. SOLUTION: The board is composed of a wooden substrate 1 and a perforated plate 2 made of a magnetic material disposed thereon, wherein the substrate 1 contains a charcoal element. Preferably, the substrate 1 has a multilayer structure comprising a laminated lumber cross section to which pins can be stuck, and has an intermediate layer including a charcoal element. The perforated plate 2 is formed by applying a coating material containing an environmental sanitation improving substance having antibacterial, disinfectant and deodorizing characteristics.
