PURPOSE: A method of securing an anchoring member in a steel member is provided to perform accurate anchoring by generating enough frictional heat. CONSTITUTION: A method of securing an anchoring member(30) in a steel member(10) comprises the steps of: attaching a metal disc(20) to the steel element, punching a blind hole(41) through a stack(40) formed by the metal disc and the steel member, and driving the anchoring member into the blind hole of the stack using a driving device(60).
