PURPOSE: An alkylated 4-aminobenzyl-4-aminocyclohexane is provided to impart at least one of UV light stability, high tensile strength, high modulus, longer curing profile, high elongation, flexibility and high Tg to a polymer composition and to reduce the amount of expensive UV stabilizer used. CONSTITUTION: A hardener for a polymer composition comprises a compound represented by chemical formula I. In chemical formula I, R1 and R2 are hydrogen, a C1-20 alkyl group or a combination thereof. The polymer composition comprises an isocyanate component and a resin component which comprises the compound represented by chemical formula I and provides a polymer composition by reacting with at least some of an isocyanate component.
