<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit in which an output potential quickly reaches a predetermined boost potential and which has a small ripple width. <P>SOLUTION: The charge pump circuit 1 is equipped with: a controller 10, an oscillator circuit 20; and a booster 30. The oscillator circuit 20 outputs a pulse signal at predetermined constant intervals. The booster 30 is equipped with n (n≥1) booster circuits for boosting the potential, and outputs a first charge amount, depending on the pulse signal output from the oscillator circuit 20. The controller 10 compares the potential output from the booster 30 with the predetermined potential, and outputs a charge amount smaller than the first charge amount to the booster 30 once the potential outputted from the booster 30 becomes greater than the predetermined potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
