<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a lubricant adhere to the tip of a cleaning blade, without staining a member inside a toner cartridge, such as a charge roller, and to provide a toner cartridge which will not generate image defects. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the toner cartridge, the charge roller 2 is attached after sticking the lubricant 5 to the tip of the cleaning blade 3 in the toner cartridge including the charge roller 2, a photoreceptor 1, the cleaning blade 3 and the lubricant. In the toner cartridge which includes the photoreceptor 1, the cleaning blade 3, the charge roller 2 and the lubricant, the lubricant 5 is not to adhere to the surface of the charge roller 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
