<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a false adhesive label enabling a surface base material to be peeled without a breakage while the label is pasted on a delivered object or the like even when the false label has a surface base material composed of thin and easily breakable paper, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The false adhesive label 10 includes the surface base material 12, a peeling control layer 16, a thermoplastic resin layer 18 (false adhesive layer), and an adhesive agent layer 20. The shape of the false adhesive label 10 is determined by a cutting line 10L. Each layer member is completely cut by forming the cutting line 10L by irradiation of a laser beam from the side of the surface base material 12, and it is possible to prevent a deformation of the area other than the cut area. Accordingly compressive adhesion between layers does not occur differently from the case where the cutting line 10L is formed by a die cut work. It is possible to prevent the breakage of the surface base material 12 during peeling, since preventing force of the peeling of the upper sheet 24 containing the surface base material 12 does not work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
