PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information imaging apparatus and biological information imaging method capable of properly comparing images between different frames. SOLUTION: The biological information imaging method includes: a first measuring process for irradiating a living body (51) with light (53) from a light source (50) and measuring the acoustic wave (54) generated as the tissue (52) inside the living body absorbs the light; a storing process for storing first information obtained in the first measuring process; a second measuring process for irradiating the living body (51) with the light (53) from the light source (50) and measuring the acoustic wave (54) generated as the tissue (52) inside the living body absorbs the light; and an imaging process for imaging information on the tissue inside the living body by using second information obtained in the second measuring process and the first information stored in the storing process.
