<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser improved in condensing efficiency and reduced in increase of manufacturing costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The condenser 139 is a condenser performing heat exchange between the condensed fluid flowing inside and the condensing fluid flowing outside, and includes: a common air distribution tube 134 made of resin; and a condensing section 120 made of metal. The common air distribution tube 134 has a fourth air distribution tube 134d in which the condensed fluid is circulated. The condensing section 120 has a condensing tube 135 in which the condensed fluid is circulated, and a first tube sheet 136. The first tube sheet 136 is positioned in one end of the condensing tube 135, and fixes the condensing tube 135.
