<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for reducing a memory capacity to be required for performing a program in each processor concerning an image processor with a plurality of processors. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A ROM loader 2 reads programs for performing CPU cores 4A, 4B from a program ROM 1, and stores the programs in dual port memories 3A, 3B. The CPU cores 4A, 4B perform the programs stored in the dual port memories 3A, 3B.
