<p>The drive has a shifter finger (5) extending from a shifter shaft (1) and transferring rotary motions (D) and push motions (A) to a shifter fork via a shifter gate. The shifter shaft is designed as a shifter plate (3) in an area of the shifter finger. The shifter finger is fixedly welded as a flat component in a retainer in the shifter plate. Recesses with adjacent locking regions are provided at the shifter plate in a region of the shifter finger. Shifter arms (11) are provided at the shifter finger in the rotary motions.</p>
