PURPOSE: A disk brake with a parking unit is provided to smoothly rotate a cam shaft during braking for parking as frictional resistance is minimized by a first and a second Teflon-coated layer which is formed on the outside of the cam shaft and the cam shaft support hole. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake with a parking unit comprises two pad plates, a caliper housing, a piston, and a parking unit. Two pad plates provide disks. The caliper housing and the piston compress the two pad plates. The parking unit is installed on the caliper housing for braking. The parking unit comprises an operational shaft, a cam-shaft, and Teflon-coated layers(51,52). The operational shaft compresses the piston. The cam shaft is installed on the cam-shaft support hole of the caliper housing.
