<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing method of a joint member to a hose end part and its device, capable of stabilizing the fastening ratio of a hose regardless of a variation in a diametrical dimension of the hose. <P>SOLUTION: This installing device of the joint member measures an inner diameter and an outer diameter of the end part of the hose 10 before fitting an inner peripheral surface of the end part of the hose 10 to an inside fitting part 21a, and caulks a socket 22 up to its set caulking diameter D by setting the caulking diameter of the socket 22 so that the fastening ratio of the hose 10 arranged between the socket 22 and the inside fitting part 21a becomes the desired fastening ratio (45% in this embodiment) based on its measuring result. Thus, the fastening ratio of the hose 10 is stabilized regardless of a variation in the diametrical dimension of the hose 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
