PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut mount which allows elimination of cutting work and caulking work for fixing a rebound stopper metal fitting while reducing the total number of required metal fittings including an inner metal fitting and a rebound stopper metal fitting. SOLUTION: In the strut mount 14, the rebound stopper metal fitting 22 is formed in a cup shape having a cylindrical inner fitting part 64, a bottom 66 and a rebound stopper part 68 projecting radially outward the upper end side. The inner fitting part 64 is press-fitted and fixed to the cylindrical top 44 of an inner metal fitting 18. A bearing 79 is arranged on the lower side of the bottom 66 to fasten and fix the bottom 66 and bearing 79 to each other with a piston rod 12. The lower part 46 has a rubber coated layer 58 on its inner surface. The outer peripheral part of the bearing 79 abuts on the lower part 46 with the rubber coated layer 58 elastically compressed under an assembled state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
