摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control device for appropriately controlling drainage while attaining power saving without troubling an operator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The monitoring control device comprises an inflow amount predicting means 211 determining a predicted inflow amount corresponding to the present amount of rainfall measured by a pluviometer using inflow amount prediction data 12 for determining the predicted inflow amount of a pumping well according to the amount of rainfall; a first determining means 213 extracting a first correction value corresponding to the predicted inflow amount from a first correction data storage part 15 storing the first correction value for correcting the pump start or stop timing according to the inflow amount of rainwater flowing into the pumping well, correcting, by the extracted first correction value, the present water level of the pumping well measured by a water gauge, and determining whether the start of a pump is required from the water level after corrected and the water level specified by the pump start data for determining the start control of the pump based on the water level of the pumping well; and a pump control means 214 starting the pump when the first determining means determines that the start of the pump is required.
