<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus structured such that an operator can easily assemble an biasing member without using any tool or the like when assembling the biasing member, pressing force (contact force) of the biasing member to a conductive member is made stable, and it is hardly influenced by external noise such as static electricity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An image capturing apparatus includes a front cover 1, a battery case 21, a ground sheet metal 25, and a battery cover unit 26. In the battery cover unit 26, a torsion coil spring 33 has conductivity, and the first end 33b thereof is engaged with a slider plate 32 and the second end 33c thereof is engaged with the battery case 21, and also biases a battery cover 31 to a battery chamber in an opening direction. A contact part 33d pressing the ground sheet metal 25 so as to be electrically connected thereto is provided at the second end 33c of the torsion coil spring 33. A direction where the contact part 33d of the torsion coil spring 33 presses the ground sheet metal 25 is made different from a charge direction where the torsion coil spring 33 obtains biasing force acting on the battery cover 31.
