<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a coil element capable of simply making inductance adjustment of a coil, regardless of the coil shape, without adjusting (increase or decrease) the amount of winding of the wire, and to provide a coil element. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The production process of the coil element, including a process of adjusting an amount of filling of a magnetic powder composite material 17 to the hollow part 134 inside of the coil 13 and an inductance adjustment process of adjusting an inductance, by measuring the inductance of the coil 13, and the coil element are provided.
