摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyrotron that allows brazing and soldering between an RF absorber 12 and a joint component 16 of a cooling structure 15 to be excellently executed in order to prevent the occurrence of cracking in the ceramic RF absorber 12. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ceramic RF absorber 12 is provided in a beam tunnel 11 while metal flanges 13, 14 are arranged at the end parts of the RF absorber 12. The joint component 16 of the cooling structure 15 is brazed and soldered to the RF absorber 12 and the flanges 13, 14 by a brazing filler metal 23. A brazing-filler-metal outflow preventing part 27 is provided so as to prevent the brazing filler metal 23 from flowing out between the RF absorber 12 and the flange 14. The brazing-filler-metal outflow preventing part 27 comprises a concave trap 26 provided in the flange 14 between a joint part of the RF absorber 12 and the flange 14 and a joint part of the joint component 16 and the flange 14.
