<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of services suited to a total budget of a customer and matched with customer's requests. <P>SOLUTION: Relation between customer's attributes such as the family constitution of a customer M and an appliance or the like to be used with the reception of services and power consumption is stored as consumption information, and relation between the service contents of a fixed service and its charge is stored as charge information. An amount obtained by subtracting a preset margin amount from a total budget amount presented from the customer M is set as a real budget amount, a power consumption is obtained based on the stored consumption information according to the customer's attributes presented from the customer M, a power rate is calculated from the power consumption, and the service contents of the fixed service allowed to be presented are obtained based on a remaining budget amount obtained by subtracting the calculated rate from the real budget amount and the stored rate information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
