<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement bidding system which allows bidding for effective advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: In the advertisement bidding system, a retrieval server 30 includes: a question database storing a plurality of pieces of question information including an additional keyword for narrowing down a retrieval result matching a keyword; and a bid database storing advertisements in association, to the question information. The retrieval server 30 receives a retrieval request, including the keyword from a user terminal 20 and retrieves a document matching the keyword. The retrieval server reads the question information corresponding to the keyword from the question database and transmits screen data for displaying the question information to the user terminal 20, together with a retrieval result of the document. The retrieval server receives designation of the question information, and narrows down the retrieval result of the document by using the additional keyword contained in the designated question information. The retrieval server acquires the advertisement, corresponding to the designated question information from the bid database and an advertisement database, and transmits screen data for displaying the advertisement to the user terminal 20, together with a narrowed-down retrieval result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
