<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch a channel to be used for communication to the other channel when receiving a control signal transmitted by the alarm of the other system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A maser alarm 1#1 is provided with a control part 17 for, when receiving a control signal including system identification information different from that of a system in which a master alarm 1#1 is included, transmitting a channel switching command signal for designating a channel different from a channel in use, and for causing the other alarm 1 to switch the channel, and for switching its own channel to the channel designated by the channel change command signal.
