<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate a surface material without heating nor pressing to finish a surface smoothened and mirrored, in a designed laminated material formed by laminating a surface material on a base material with an irregular pattern or the like on the surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The designed laminated material is configured by successively laminating: a transparent adhesive sheet 1 which contains a base resin with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20°C or lower and whose thickness is 100 to 2,000 μm and twice or more of the depth of the irregular pattern, and whose holding power based on JISZ 0237 is 0.2 to 10 mm; and a transparent surface material 3 on a base material 4 which has an irregular pattern or a printed pattern and the depth of irregularity of 20 to 300 μm.
