PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-band antenna device which can facilitate design and fabrication and can be suitably mounted to a cellular phone, or the like. SOLUTION: The antenna device 10a includes a substrate 20, and an antenna element 30 connected to a feed point of the substrate 20. The antenna element 30 includes a right-left asymmetrical first antenna element, and a second antenna element mounted to the first antenna element, which are integrally formed, and is installed on the surface of a dielectric substance 40. The antenna device 10a can be embedded in a terminal while obtaining a good VSWR characteristic over a wide-band by the first antenna element. Also, in a low frequency band which cannot be covered by the first antenna element, it is possible to obtain a good VSWR characteristic by the second antenna element. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
