PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide training equipment capable of synthetically training the muscles of the whole body of a user by a single motion, and capable of improving the balance ability. SOLUTION: The training equipment (1000) includes: a ring-shaped frame member (100); a pair of support members (200) supporting both sides of the frame member and having a height adjusting means (210) for adjusting the frame member; and an arm member (300) including a bar part (310) passing through the center of the ring shape of the frame member to linearly extend, and rotating parts (320) attached to both ends of the bar part to connect the bar part in such a way as slidable on the inner surface of the frame member.
