PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device which is improved in visibility by suppressing outdoor daylight reflection and has minimized loss of light to be emitted outside from the organic light emitting layer. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device in a first embodiment comprises a pixel electrode, an organic light emitting layer formed on the pixel electrode, an organic light emitting element which is formed on the organic light emitting layer and includes a common electrode, a reflection type polarizing film formed on the common electrode of the organic light emitting element, a first phase retardation plate formed on the reflection type polarizing film, a corner cube film formed on the first phase retardation plate, a second phase retardation plate formed on the corner cube film, and a polarizing plate formed on the second phase retardation plate.
