A method and device for generating, playing audio signals and a processing system for audio signals are provided. The method for generating audio signals comprises that the distance information of the audio signals which is corresponding to the position of a view point is generated according to the acquired direction information of the audio signals and an auxiliary video, wherein the auxiliary video is a parallax map or a depth map; the audio signals, the direction information of the audio signals and the distance information of the audio signals are encoded and transmitted. The device for generating audio signals comprises an acquiring module for acquiring the distance information of the audio signals and an encoding module for encoding the audio signals. The embodiment of the invention can combine tri-dimensional video signals and tri-dimensional audio signals to acquire the position information of the audio signals accurately without increasing the microphone array volume, wherein the position information consists of the direction information and the distance information, and can further realize the transmission and playing of the audio signals.
