An organic EL panel (1) comprises a substrate (10) having a plurality of organic EL elements (2) formed on one side, and a sealing member (11) bonded to the one side of the substrate (10) through an adhesive layer (12) and forming a space (S) for sealing the organic EL elements (2) inside the adhesive layer (12). In the organic EL panel (1), wherein signal lines (31) formed on the outer surface of the sealing member (11) and lines (30) led out to the one side of the substrate (10) are connected by a conductive portion (4) on the outside of the adhesive layer (12). A side face (11S) of the sealing member (11) forms a contact surface which comes into contact with the surface of the side face (11S) of the sealing member (11) of an adjoining organic EL panel (1), and a line (32) for connection with the line of an adjoining organic EL panel (1) formed on the outer surface of the sealing member (11) is formed on the outer surface of the sealing member (11).
