<p>The air conditioner (10) has supply air openings fitted with individually adjustable air conducting elements (22). The air conducting elements influence partial air stream moving in a flow direction into a building room (16). The air conducting elements are provided in quadrants of an opening arrangement of a ceiling plate (12) and viewed in a direction of a vertical central axis (26) of a discharge air opening (17). An adjusting angle related to an opening plane is adjusted by the air conducting elements. Air conditioned by the influenced partial air stream is discharged into the room.</p>
